Liked: Location
Disliked: They have poor service and facilities and in terms of lift and WiFi,water,tv ,toilet cleaning and also some floor is not good.

Excellent hotel in an excellent...

Liked: The room comfy as were the beds. The location is outstanding with three tube lines just across the street. They service the rooms every day.Breakfast is served int heir lovely restaurant and includes fresh fruit and vegetables. Coffee is replenish as much as you want. It was our second time around and we will go again when visiting London.
Disliked: The lift was out of service....

A nice short Stay

Liked: I love the room although it is smaller than I expected, it was very comfy and clean. Location is very near from tube station so it is accessible to public and can go around tourist spots easily.
Disliked: I have a huge luggage and my room was in 3rd floor. The lift was not working as per the staff so I was worried I am going to take it back and forth. However the staff were very helpful and they helped me carry the luggage to my room and back down when I was about to check out. Thank you.

Definitely I’ll come back again.

Liked: I like most the location, it’s have a transport links to everywhere around London just 5 minutes walk far.
Disliked: I didn’t like most of the comments about this place, everything was amazing.

Liked: Lovely comfortable hotelThe guys on reception ANEEL and SASHI were lovely towards us.The room was lovely.The bed was comfy.Really quiet and cant here traffic as the double glazing is exellent.Nice toiletries in bathroom.The rooms have a safe/ironing board/extra pillows//fridge.The hotel has a fantastic asian restaurant with 15% off for residents of the hotel..Also a cosy bar.Cant wait to go back.
Disliked: Cant fault the hotel.
