A nice hotel just in...

Liked: The hotel is very cozy, british and clean. The bar is very cute and warm. The breakfast was nice (the food was very good), however the area for breakfast was a little bit small. Location is really convenient and the area is calm and nice. A very nice bathroom
Disliked: The room is pretty small, cosmetics could be better.

Beautiful location, friendly staff but...

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and the location is very nice, close to the British museum and subway station.
Disliked: The pictures of the hotel made me have high expectations. However, the hotel feels outdated, the scent in the hotel brings you back in history and the rooms are dusty.

We would never consider staying...

Liked: We love the Montague and always stay here on trips to London. Hotel staff welcoming and friendly, hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are always lovely, breakfasts superb and afternoon tea overlooking the gardens always greatWe would never stay anywhere else
Disliked: Nothing
