Second time we were here...

Liked: Very nice hotel with attentive and courteous staff, great variety at the breakfast and located next to the British museum and quite close to Covent Garden.
Disliked: Nothing really. Only remark we have is that the water in the sink in our room drained rather slowly, no major concern, just an observation.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay and...

Liked: Everything went well. The hotel is beautiful, the room was not huge but was lovely, and above all the staff were an absolute delight, perfectly balancing being professional and polite with being friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed the stay.

Fabulous Hotel in a Wonderful...

Liked: Fabulous hotel in a wonderful location, right next to the British Museum. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had a fabulous 2 night stay for my birthday celebration and will be back. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. A real gem in the heart of London. Not many hotels offer this level of service.

Comfort Plus!!!

Liked: Beautiful hotel - looked stunning for Christmas!Exquisitely decorated, rooms are clean & super comfortable & quiet. Enjoyed coffee & hot chocolate provided in lobby. Service provided by all staff was outstanding!

Quaint boutique hotel with charm...

Liked: The room was absolutely adorable. All the little touches inside the room did not go unnoticed - the delicious biscuits, welcome card, nice robes, everything. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful if I needed anything. Their bartenders were absolutely amazing - one of the best espresso martinis I have ever had! The location was amazing - practically a quick 15 min cab ride to anywhere.
Disliked: The themed bar did not look like it did in the pictures on their website. This was a big thing I was looking forward to but unfortunately, it was underwhelming.
