perfect location, excellent staff care,...

Liked: Everything and, especially, being 100% plant based vegans, the breakfast was exceptional, we were both catered for so well! It made such a welcome change, the staff had been told we were vegan and and made sure all vegan options were advised to us and there were many! Location, for us, was excellent, we walked miles each day. A very wonderful experience all round and the drinks waiters could not have been friendlier or more professional. Great live jazz too!

Liked: Brilliant location. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Lovely hotel. Excellent full English breakfast. 1st class, thank you

Lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: Very attentive and helpful staff. Morning coffee and afternoon tea service was good.
Disliked: We had a room on the ground floor that faced the back. It was great until the hotel had a private event with live music that went on until 10. We asked to change rooms since they were planning a second event the following evening. They accommodated us, were able to accommodate us which was appreciated.

Wonderful staff in a great...

Liked: I love this hotel. The staff are fabulous - welcoming, helpful and friendly. The location is great, so near Russell Square underground and on a quiet street. Wonderful breakfast and a very good in-house bar and restaurant.
Disliked: Nothing.
