Disliked: The room lacked any drawers or closets. We had to store all our clothes in our suitcases on the floor. The 4 small hangers that were provided were completely inadequate. Self-serve breakfast was ridiculously priced; after our one and only breakfast we quickly found better foraging in the neighborhood.

Liked: Great location, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast, super comfy bed and linens.
Disliked: View of brick wall, which wouldn't have been the worst thing, but lighting in the room was awful! So dark. There is no outlet in the bathroom to use a hair dryer, no outside ramp or bell staff, so carrying a 50lb bag up steps was difficult. The drink prices in the SinBin were $$$$ and food options very limited

Liked: The hotel was lovely. Our room was cozy. The customer service of the staff was exceptional.
Disliked: I would have liked instructions on how to use the espresso maker in our room. The hair dryer worked intermittently. Other than that, we had a great stay.
