Liked: Hotel clean. Breakfast good, staff good. Location great. We only used the room for sleeping and not spending time in.
Disliked: Room small, shower small and weak, bed and pillows hard, could not get tv to work and room smelled of eggs when entering and rather dark.

Disliked: When booking, pictures don show the room you may get , a little misleading. Stayed here a couple of times and always been allocated a top floor room 3rd floor no lift . Decor is getting dated and tired , but is reasonably clean . But not cheap for the area .

Very enjoyable.

Liked: Breakfast was very good but, the room was too warm.
Disliked: It was difficult to wash my face in the bathroom sink as there was a shelf above the sink.

Liked: Everything about Molly House was fab, the location, staff, breakfast and just overall experience. Staff were so accommodating and friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble, breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: Nothing

Hosts made you feel at...

Liked: Craig and Kyle made us feel at home from arrival until we left. They were incredibly kind, Craig cooked an amazing breakfast and Kyle made sure we had everything we needed. The budget double we had, although small, had everything you need in a room, the room was a perfect temp, helped on the 30+° day by the fan in the cupboard although it wasn't needed, coffee, tea and milk to feed a whole family provided in the rooms and everything explained simply in a guestbook on the bed. We will be staying again in a couple of months time!
Disliked: The front door made a very loud bang when it swung shut if you didn't catch it when shutting the door, a hinge stopping it from slamming shut would be great. My girlfriend slipped in the shower slightly so some sort of anti slip in the shower would be beneficial.
