Just want to sell timeshare
Disliked: Charged resort fee when not mentioned on Booking.com. Charged US100 per room in case of incidentals. Still not refunded. Rang and emailed hotel and still no response!

Liked: Lovely room decor, nice views and pool area with great food from the restaurant. Excellent service.
Disliked: Pool loungers looked nice but weren't actually very padded / comfy for any length of time. Loved the pool area other than this.

Liked: The room on level 9 had a great layout. The partial ocean view from room on level 16 was lovely. Beds on level 16 were also more comfortable compared to the previous rooms. Location is great. 10-15 min walk to the shopping center or magic island. Bus stops just around the corner and across the road for the opposite direction. Overall nice hotel.
Disliked: The room on level 6 I was meant to have which was a partial ocean view. The view was actually no better than my previous partial city view on level 9. The layout of the room could be changed a bit to maximize the space usage. The view from the room in level 16 was much nicer. Although I was disappointed we didn't have a balcony as I thought they would come with the partial or ocean view rooms. Our booking was through an agent which also mentioned a free upgrade to the next higher room category, although we did not receive this. Another issue was, during our stay, there was one night there was no hot water and the cold water pressure was minimal. I was then told later on that it was scheduled maintenance and notices were sent. There were no notices under the door, nor did I receive any on email. Things like this could be put in the lift. When I asked about it, Mark from the front desk said he would get back to me about it, however I never heard from them again. For a hotel of their caliber, hot water should be a minimum. There was no real apology or compensation etc. They will also try to book you in for a time share presentation at check in. We were also nearly overcharged.
