I would recommend Mirage

Liked: I liked the room and location. Really good. Value for money is really really good. I Had some problems with flight getting delayed and had to stay for another day, the person I was working with for getting the room back to my name and me continuing the stay was extremely helpful and extremely nice.
Disliked: The upstairs corridors were probably a a bit too heavily cleaned and smelled a lot like they got a lot of cleaning. A bit of same for the room, however opening the window solved the problem pretty quickly.

Won’t stay there again

Liked: The whole hotel together was great
Disliked: One of the rooms smelled bad from the time we got there , also didn’t get my whole deposit back and never got an explanation as to why

Liked: Nice hotel. You can find everything there. Very good location. Good value for money.
Disliked: I don't understand why the housekeepers knock on the door at 8:45 on Saturday morning, when check out is until 11. I really didn't like it.

Liked: The location is amazing, right on the strip.
Disliked: The room was very, very dirty. I sheets had stains on them, the carpet was never cleaned, the bathroom had pieces of hair on the toilet and in the bathtub, and the shower gel was used. I let the reception know about this situation and they were not able to change our room - we had to wait for the housekeeper to clean the room, and the bathroom still had the hair and the carpet very dirty. I would not recommend in regards to the clean and the attitude of the receptionist.

Great 3 days, quite a...

Liked: We stayed at 3 hotels in Las Vegas in this trip. 4 days at the Bellagio, 2 days at Caesars and 3 days at the Mirage after changing our plans to stay on in LV due to fab weather. In all honesty, the Mirage had the worst room of the 3, although still comfortable and the water pressure was better than Caesars. However, the windows were draughty and the air conditioning noise was intrusive into the room because the windows wouldn't shut property. I understand there is a refurbishment due soon? Liked the pool area - not pretentious at allLoved the Beatles Cirque de soleil it's a must see!!!
Disliked: We purchased the upgraded sunbeds which were nice and comfy (got great service from Brazilian girl one day, forget her name I'm afraid) but Heather who looked after us another day was too bossy and kept interrupting us to see if we were ok .... even though we were sleeping on the sunbeds at the time and the whole day we found her to be "intrusive" and was a pain in the ****. She came to close the check too early and was very pushy and annoying to be honest. When I booked the room through a delightful girl called Camilla on reception, I did so on the proviso that I had a low room due to anxiety of heights. However, upon arrival the chap behind the desk whose name was Craig (although different name on another day!!!) was very dismissive and said I would basically get what I was given. Two other staff members were very kind when they saw I was upset and resolved the issue. When you pay for something on a stipulation of a certain condition being met then it is only fair and reasonable to expect that to be fulfilled.Also, the chap in the coffee shop took a long time with the coffee, left it standing whilst we were waiting to pay and served another customer... and then expected a tip!! personally, I don't understand the tipping structure when you are not at a table being served and why you would even consider tipping in that situation - I guess that's the Brit in me???The is the most dislikes I have posted for ANY of the dozen hotels we stayed at during our fabulous recent trip to the States. I'm not a moaner and none of these ruined anything for us and it's just genuine feedback.

Disappointing

Liked: Well, the room was nice enough, the bed was big, and comfortable.
Disliked: There was a hair in the bathroom...so not perfectly clean. I would create an access to the guestrooms without passing through the casino always. I am sure this Hotel was beautiful in the hay day of Las Vegas in the 1980s but you can feel the datedness of it. I would not return at this price level. I would value this room at 90 dollars max.

Very good
