Superb

Great hotel, great location for...

Liked: Location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to minster and main streets, probably 8 minutes to train station, our room had recently been refurbished, huge bed, great bathroom and everything we needed, breakfast was excellent and cooked to order, all staff very polite and kind. Secure gated parking.

Super comfy bed

Liked: Room was large as was the bathroom. Bed was super comfy though some pieces of furniture were a little tired. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast room was superb. The breakfast itself was really good. Car parking was available on site and was not overpriced.
Disliked: We had room 17 which was really hot. Staff did however provide us with an electric fan for our stay.

Liked: This is about the 6th time I have stayed here. Always the same friendly staff serving and in particular Jemma on reception.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Fantastic hotel 5 mins walk to the city centre. All staff are exceptional and go out their way to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Rooms are lovely and clean and they serve a fantastic breakfast. Always a warm welcome.
Disliked: That i had to go home :(

In the Heart of York

Liked: Lovely hotel, staff were very welcoming and helpful, breakfast was great, really good value. Close to York Minster, so could walk everywhere. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Bed was a little hard, but still had a good sleep.
