Excellent stay. Great facilities and...

Liked: Staff were excellent. Rhi checked us in and was also looked after us at breakfast. Really welcoming and nothing was any trouble. Room was brilliant. As good as other hotels which are £50-60 more expensive. All freshly refurbished, lots of space, nice finishes throughout. Felt luxurious.Parking opposite. Which is good for wimborne.Breakfast was really nice.
Disliked: Some minor minor noise from traffic. However I am from wimborne and there is no place to stay which is not near a road, so nothing that can be done about that.

Perfect pub stay in the...

Liked: The property was amazing. Clean and tidy. Staff were incredible and so so welcoming and helpful. They put on an amazing breakfast in the morning and could not have offered to do more for us. Breakfast was delicious, gutted that we didn’t make it for dinner as the breakfasts were LUSH!
Disliked: The only thing was when you have a shower the whole bathroom floor would get soaking wet- due to like a wet room style. I feel that the shower tray needs tilting back so the water runs down the drain! Also I’d recommend a bigger mirror if possible - two girls fighting over a mirror to get ready for a wedding was a bit of a pain x

One of the best family...

Liked: Incredible stay, we were looked after like royalty. The decor and layout and whole vibe of the hotel is wonderful, the little touches in a deluxe room make it worth every penny. A large group of us had breakfast to celebrate a family birthday and it was excellent. The bar staff are so attentive, food was amazing - the whole stay was just perfect!!
Disliked: Nothing!! It was just perfect thank you so much everyone!

Excellent on the whole

Liked: We had an issue with the cleaning and the fire alarm was triggered a couple of times through guest carelessness but the manager, Hannah, did more than enough to compensate us. Dinner and breakfast were excellent
Disliked: The fire alarms!
