Liked: The bar area was very welcoming and the rooms were what you would expect in an older building.

Liked: I loved my stay at The Minster Arms! My room was beautiful. I stayed in ‘burgundy’ which was beautifully and tastefully decorated with a French bed and roll top bath. A separate area with a desk was perfect for me as I was on a work trip. It was warm and comfortable - the bed was one of the most comfy beds I’ve ever slept in. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, I felt so welcome. I ate in the restaurant on ‘pie and a pint’ night and it was a huge portion at a very reasonable price. Very close to the town centre - Wimborne is very pretty and definitely worth a visit.
Disliked: As it is on a road, it can be quite noisy with traffic, but this did die down at night time.

Liked: An excellent room and having a coffee percolator, was an added bonus.! The breakfast was wonderful and freshly cooked

Liked: Location ideal, short walk into main square and minster, Had breakfast which was nice, bed was comfy
Disliked: Rooms and hallways very dark,No parking but carpark over the road which wasn't to pricey

Minster Arms ticked the boxes

Liked: Good size room and bathroom, everything you need in room, from a variety of tea, big TV and even a shaving kit !
Disliked: Pillows just a tad too soft for me, lighting a little dim in room but all in all good value and decent evening meal and breakfast + happy hour :-)

Really lovely stay. Work booking...

Liked: Loved the comfortable bed, the lovely big bath and the food was excellent. Slept really well and had a very chilled evening. Was really good breakfast included in the morning and friendly staff. Close to the centre and near local attractions and shops. Really nice place and would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Was slightly put out that I was awoken at 5.30am by someone emptying glass bottle bins! Wasn't too much drama and got back to sleep. Unfortunately iplayer didn't work on the TV and the Internet reception wasn't amazing. However I didnt mind too much and these things didn't have a huge impact on what a nice time I had.
