We enjoyed it and would...
Liked: Bed was comfortable, porch was pleasant. Location was very good in terms of access to main streets.
Disliked: Having stairs inside a room is NOT a good design. Especially in the middle of the night. The breakfast prices in the hotel restaurant are too high.

Great Place with a Pool...
Liked: Center of the city great bed great room food and drink service was great Close to restaurants and shops --Has a pool which is rare for Charleston

Very good
Liked: The only complaint was the noise of people in the hallways. We called the front desk and they were very nice and came up to our floor. I will stay there again but at the end of a hall.

The hotel was beautiful, but...
Liked: The hotel was beautiful, the staff very friendly and accommodating
Disliked: Booking.com provided false advertising on room details…my husband was in a wheelchair and we expected a well equipped kitchen but didn’t get a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave or a minibar. The meal plan was supposed to be $20 per day, instead only got a $10 credit for one of us per day. For $500/nite we expected a lot more, instead being handicapped, we were inconvenienced. The manager apologized and told us he was going to contact booking.com for some form of resolution. I advised him that I would also contact booking.com.
