Lovely stay

Liked: We had a lovely stay, room lovely and lovely staff.
Disliked: We thought there could have been a better choice for breakfast ie could have been some fruit and yogurt.

Friendly staff, great location.

Liked: The staff were super friendly and there was a good vibe in the bar of an evening. This coupled with great location made for an enjoyable stay.
Disliked: The only thing that could have improved my stay was the bed. It wasn’t the best nights sleep I’ve had.

A New Experience

Liked: Our family 'room' was an actual apartment with two upstairs bedrooms and downstairs sitting room with TV. The hotel is in an elevated position at the head of Strath and the views over the harbour are lovely. The hotel is very clean, spacious and has all the amenities as described. We were given a warm welcome & all the information we needed on arrival.Dinner was excellent & good value for money with professional but friendly service. Breakfast was very good with with hot & cold choices. We would stay again
Disliked: There wasn't anything not to like. Our stay was made pleasant & comfortable by the staff

Exceptional

Liked: The restaurant and breakfast areas offer exceptional views of the full bay.
Disliked: There is nothing that is a negative.

Pleasant

Liked: Rooms comfortable enough and staff very nice.
Disliked: Hotel is very tired, food not really up to scratch - breakfast was a very long wait and what arrived wasn't fresh. If after cheap and cheerful, this is a good place to stay.

All round nice hotel

Liked: We had the family apartment, although we were just a couple. Great views of Gairloch to Skye. We had dinner bnb two nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, led by Duncan who was a great host.
Disliked: Nothing, for a 3 star hotel is was really good. I'd suggest the table staff all write down orders like Duncan did , rather than try and remember it as my hot breakfast choice wasn't 100% correct each time, but a minor niggle.

Really enjoyable.

Liked: Amazing view from my bedroom to beach and mountains. Comfortable room and friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was full but it was very quiet all night long.
