Liked: Great views.Food was good.Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Water in room only lukewarm. Took about an hour to get hot by which time I'd had breakfast and had to leave.

Liked: We have been upgraded to a double bed suite. Lots of room.Both the receptionist and the waiter were very kind.
Disliked: The food was very average. The bed was not very comfy.

Liked: Location for NC500 was fine. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Tea and coffee in room. Bar for drinks was Ok.
Disliked: Room was over 2 floors, very dated decor. Smelt musty on arrival and room was cold on arrival ( although did heat up quickly when wall heaters switched on). Mattress cover was tatty and torn and hardly covered mattress which was concerning. Room generally outdated although shower had been upgraded and was hot. Overall, value for money poor.

Perfect spot to stay in...

Liked: The Millcroft was clean & warm.All the staff were very friendly and accommodating.Situated in Gairloch it’s in a good location and the view out from the hotel rooms is fantastic.Hotel had free wifi and was quick.Evening meal had decent choices to pick.

Liked: Staff great. Room was clean and bathroom as new. View from our window was good. Evening meal was ok. Breakfast good. Atmosphere in the bar was friendly.

A short holiday in Wester...

Liked: The suite was spacious, comfortable and clean.Breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff was very friendly.We did not eat in the hotel in the evening and therefore cannot comment on the quality of the food.
Disliked: There was no fridge in the kitchen area. The hotel corridors were cold. There was no direct access from the hotel to the adjoining bar.There was a notice on the front door of the hotel saying that no hot food can be brought into the hotel during the evening meal times.
