Disappointing

Liked: Lovely bedroom overlooking the garden
Disliked: The shower was stuck on very hot soImpossible to use and staff just said oh dear when I told them. Very expensive hotel for such poor service

The hotel building was originally...

Liked: The breakfast was a. Standard British Breakfast but the food was cooked well.Also available was breakfast bar with cereals, milk and fruit juices .
Disliked: There lacked shower gel in the showerCubicle and there was two bottles ofShampoo. One very small tablet of soap at the sink

Pleasant and friendly

Liked: Excellent location for Green Park. Parking was easy and staff super friendly
Disliked: Room never warmed up even after turning radiator thermostat on. It went off late evening.
