Very disappointing

Liked: The wine
Disliked: Where to start. The bed creaked ever time you moved on it, temperature control on shower broken so super hot and could only use rainfall part of it, some members of staff rude and unhelpful, no one on reception, wasps everywhere…….

RESTFUL AND GRAT STAFF.

Liked: GOOD MEALS, GREAT ATMOSPHERE AND WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR.
Disliked: STAIRS BUT BECAUSE THEY WERE DEEPLY CARPETED FOUND THEM EASY TO NEGOTIATE.

Liked: The hotel was lovely and the food was good in the restaurant. We had a lovely meal when we arrived and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: We felt the rooms were a bit tired, in need of redecoration, but the bed was comfortable enough.

Our lovely weekend

Liked: The lady at the desk was really helpful took our case upstairs for us The room was excellent very big and clean and comfy it had the largest jacuzzi bath tub I have ever seen we stayed in the Tyne suite.excellent breakfast in evening the meals were 1st class overall. One of the best hotels we have stayed in hopefully be bsck
