Liked: Good location, next to canal and near to Glasson dock, staff friendly
Disliked: One issue the that disappointed me was that upon arrival the the receptionist informed me the the payment had already been taken from my card, found this unusual and insulting, I’ve stopped at many hotels over the years and never had this before
