The Milestone Hotel Kensington

Essentially British at It's Best.

Perfect.

Liked: Breakfast was sumptuous with a perfect selection.The bar is understated and luxurious.That all staff recognized us at any time of day or night and knew our name and preferences from the start.
Disliked: Non operational gym, but understand maintenance and upgrades must always occur.Good back up option just down the road though free of charge whilst in house gym was out.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel is very charming. Only 64 rooms and due to the layout it feels very cosy.But the staff makes the difference. They make you feel at home. The staff is so very kind and make sure every guest has a wonderful stay.

Disliked: Cooked breakfast wasn't great, and at £50 per head...you expect it to be the greatest cooked breakfast you've ever eaten...

Lovely stay a little escape...

Disliked: The glass bottles in the shower terrified I’d drop one and it would break causing injury

Liked: What an amazing place to stay in London!The are around the hotel is more than great - Kensington, in front of Kensington gardens. The staff are great and very, very friendly! Thanks to everyone! You made our stay more than amazing! Thank you and for our room upgrade - we stayed in the most beautiful and comfortable suite! Best regards to Tim, Kostas, Gabriel, Paolo and all other amazing people (sorry, forgot the names)!Cant wait to come again!
