The Milestone Hotel Kensington

Perfect location and really great...

Liked: We have stayed in quite a few hotels in London but have finally found the gem we were waiting for! Such a wonderful hotel, old world charm but with modern amenities and the best part is the incredibly good service. From the moment the charming Steve opened the door for us, we were treated so well. Everyone is intent on making your stay perfect. We honestly couldn't fault anything. Housekeeping were brilliant, the bar was great for a meal before heading out, did I mention Steve the doorman, so helpful....breakfast was perfect, concierge knowledgeable, and did I mention Steve the doorman? Set in the heart of Kensington, opposite the palace gardens, it was so lovely to see this green oasis through the windows. Honestly such a TREAT we will most definitely be back!

My favorite hotel ever!!

Home away from home.

Liked: Location and comfort are important, but the service at the Milestone is the main reason I return whenever I am in London.
Disliked: Too far from my home in Los Angeles.

Essentially British at It's Best.

Perfect.

Liked: Breakfast was sumptuous with a perfect selection.The bar is understated and luxurious.That all staff recognized us at any time of day or night and knew our name and preferences from the start.
Disliked: Non operational gym, but understand maintenance and upgrades must always occur.Good back up option just down the road though free of charge whilst in house gym was out.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel is very charming. Only 64 rooms and due to the layout it feels very cosy.But the staff makes the difference. They make you feel at home. The staff is so very kind and make sure every guest has a wonderful stay.
