Liked: Almost everything even know which newspaper to order for me now dog friendly not just tolerant like most other places Darcy a rising star
Disliked: Slipping on the food frontOrdered a steak with cress that were both so salty they we were almost inedible !Last time eggs benedict also too salty and soggy bread A bit of charisma needed in restaurant please and learn from complaints All other departments amazing and looking forward to the refurbed bar when complete

Great stay for our first...

Liked: Very, very clean, exceptionally staffed. Breakfast was great choices. Turned down at night was an added luxury. Robes, slippers & heated towels were heavenly. Everyone working there was so helpful & seemed to love their job!
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The hotel caters for dogs really well, pets are made to feel welcome. The staff were very attentive and helpful, they provided a really personal experience.

Liked: Great team very supportive with a lot of humour. Excellent room and a very nice small bar. Great atmosphere for traditional afternoon tea. We really felt at home at the Milestone.
Disliked: The breakfast is unbelievable expensive and not that good for such a price.
