The Midtowner Hotel SureStay Collection by Best Western

I will never stay there again. It was absolutely gross!

Liked: The IHOP in the parking lot.
Disliked: All of it. Our room was so filthy I didn't want to touch anything. The lights did not work. The heater clinked all night but that toned out the domestic disturbance happening all night in the hall.

Liked: Clean. Easy to get to. Not far from Old Sacramento. IHOP right there. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Noisy. The elevator was nearby. Incessant barking at 520. a.m. Dogs aren’t allowed so not sure why that was a thing..The place has been remodeled but now the showers spill water out onto the bathroom floor.

Will book somewhere else next...

Disliked: We arrived late at night, went to the IHOP within waking distance and was told they don’t do curbside orders at night time for safety reasons.

Horrible, dangerous and unsafe for...

Liked: The only positive about this place is the price, which was also not so affordable for the condition of the facilities. I would not stay again.
Disliked: Where to start- the hotel has drug addicts in and around it, creating a very uncomfortable and dangerous atmosphere. I could hear people fighting and being kicked out of their rooms by the hotel in the night, a guest tried to follow me to my room, people high on drugs in the hotel. The bathroom had hairs in the shower, uncomfortable sheets, horrible breakfast. When I raised my concerns before checking out, the front desk said there was nothing they could do and charged me the full price.
