Superb

Liked: The service was excellent. The room was very good, clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The window was stuck open and there was an annoying noise of aircon or a generator switching on and off during the night.

Excellent would stay again.

Liked: Room was excellent. Service great at the Champagne Bar. We had afternoon tea in the tea room which was excellent and with plenty of choice. Great location for the Concert Hall just 3 mins walk from Hotel.
Disliked: We had to call service out to fix the air conditioning, but they came out straight away. Therefore other than this there were no issues.

Not recommend to people driving...

Liked: Bedding good mattress, big room, nice smell toiletries, beautiful lounge, refreshing drinks at check in.
Disliked: Not recommend to people driving car, 3mins public car park insecure, secure car park need 11mins walk, selected room not same as photo no fire space deco, big damp on ceiling, no heating at all, chipped door and furniture quite outdated facilities.

Disliked: Could be cleaner (saw a spidersweb in the hallway for our entire stay. 10 pounds for checking in less than an hour early is a bit much.
