Liked: The hotel room was lovely, it was very clean, and cosy, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was amazing, would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again, Trish in the cafe who took our breakfast order was so helpful and funny we had a great laugh with her
Disliked: Needed more coathangers

Enjoyable and convenient for Leeds...

Liked: Location. Excellent breakfast and very good staff. We have stayed here three times and always enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Rooms a little on the small size but they have everything you need.

Disliked: Small things, the chair in the room was a little uncomfortable to sit and work in. The butter at breakfast was rock hard.

overall a very enjoyable stay...

Liked: Plenty of choice in the breakfast menu, and the eating times were excellent for both the early and late risers. The location was ideal for what we were across for.
Disliked: The only downside of room 4 (and i hope you take this constructively) is that there was a gap between the door and the doorframe which made it drafty and the heat from the room escaped very quickie overnight. a simple door deal would rectify this easily.

Liked: We liked the fact that there was a coffee machine. Comfy beds & location, bonus on site parking. Breakfast was great, and nothing was too troublesome for the waitress.
Disliked: The room was a little dirty, particularly the bathroom, the grouting was dirty. The shower wasn't very powerful. There was a lot of dust under the bed. This was discovered due to money being dropped that had rolled under the bed.
