Exceptional
Liked: Lovely Victorian Hotel, built at the height of The Railways as a northern showcase for Midland Railway. Beautiful architecture and features. Obviously showing signs of it's age but that just adds to the character. Staff are lovely and all the ones I met were local. An refreshing change from boring generic modern box hotels. Position is excellent, right next to the Railway Station and a short stride from the town.Decided amount of on site parking, free if staying. This is the second time we stayed and if we go back to Bradford we would not consider staying anywhere else. Personally I think it is worth upgrading to the superior room but I spend a lot of time in the room.Best of all it's DOG FRIENDLY
Disliked: Having to leave at the end of our stay!

It was a worst experience...
Liked: I didn’t like anything about the property. The room was so tiny and they didn’t even clean the room properly and didn’t even change the bedsheets for 3 days and nights. It was a worst experience of my life. I will never gonna stay at that hotel.
Disliked: I recently stayed at the Midland Hotel in Bradford for three days, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. On the first night, the fire alarm in my room went off in the middle of the night, which was disturbing and unsettling. Additionally, the room was untidy and not properly cleaned. When I reported the issue with the fire alarm to the night shift officer, I was met with rudeness. Furthermore, when I checked out and shared my experience with a staff member at the reception, she was unhelpful and dismissive, stating that there was nothing they could do about the issue. Given the circumstances, I would rate my stay 1 star.

Friendly, comfortable, historical hotel in...
Liked: The staff at the Midland hotel were unfailingly helpful and very patient with their practical support to my elderly parents who stayed with us for a long weekend to visit Bradford city of culture. The hotel is friendly, comfortable, classy and stylish and is right next to Forster Square station. My dad particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and we all had fun playing cards in the bar, served by the charming barman.
Disliked: Sadly the historic Forster Square after which the station was named no longer exists. The well preserved hallway that used to run from the station concourse is the last remnant of the age of railway grandeur.

Perfect location for City of...
Liked: Excellent location next to Forster Square station. Comfortable bed and large bathroom. Helpful staff. Good breakfast
Disliked: In order to get the water hot enough in the shower, you had to put the water pressure really high and ended up with water all over the bathroom floor
