Liked: Staff were very pleasant, helpful & informative. The building & architecture, the traditional elements that were preserved.
Disliked: The coffee at breakfast. Shower in room too powerful,& made area very wet.This comment is not for you, but the outskirts of the city are a disgrace with so much litter. It’s not a good way to start your visit.

Liked: The staff were so helpful and friendly. The guy went out his way to check if there was a USB socket in the room and put an adapter in for us

Very comfortable and affordable stay...

Liked: The aesthetic of the building and the location are unbeatable. The staff are very friendly and the beds are extremely comfortable. The trip to Saltaire was extremely easy!
Disliked: The rooms are a bit older, but still very spacious and clean.
