Liked: the location was excellent as we had come to Bradford to experience the Capital of Culture for this year and the Galleries. Breakfast and room good, housekeeping good.
Disliked: The options on the Bar Menu were not for me personally lacked a bit of imagination and did not entice me to eat in the hotel in the evening.

Noisy

Liked: Nice clean hotel, helpful staff
Disliked: There was a large event happening with thumping music until 1am. Staff helpfully moved us up one floor but we were still unable to sleep until the event finished

Disappointing and and poor value...

Liked: Location fine near station and centre. Staff in dining area and at reception.
Disliked: Rooms down a back corridor, window high up making it very hard to open, no bedside lamp on one side, inadequate room service for a weekend away, one lumpy pillow each and poor quality duvets. Difficult to access shower. Lack of power points by the bed. D

Liked: Location as it was close to the wedding venue that we were attending .
Disliked: Room was too hot and noisy and room wasn't cleaned and bedding wasn't changed the next morning also the bathroom wasn't cleaned. My normal place of stay was closed for the bank holiday Monday so I decided to stay here.I always book Healds Hall Hotel in Liversedge, it is an absolute amazing place, very clean and tranquil the staff are amazing always at hand to help. This is my second bad experience with Bradford Hotels.

Beautiful Stay in Bradford

Liked: The property is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious & the beds were so comfortable. Wonderful location and the staff there were so much help, thank you from a first time UK traveler :)
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect!
