Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. I would recommend other people to stay at your location.

Liked: The room was very nicely decorated.
Disliked: Rooms could be a little bigger.

Liked: The hotel itself is very beautiful, clean and friendly. The location is perfectly within walking distance from Union Station and the Art Institute and thats what we needed.
Disliked: Even though we reserved a room with a roll away bed, the hotel did not have a roll away available for our third person. Thank goodness kids are flexible enough to sleep on the floor.

Disliked: High city prices, small bathroom, bathroom door a bit broken

Liked: I enjoyed the spacious room.
Disliked: The staff was not very friendly. The room was set to 65 degrees, however it did not cool down. The shower water got all over the floor. There was not fridge in the room. I paid a lot of money for my room thinking I was getting breakfast as well but that was not the case (breakfast was overpriced). Parking was a block away and $65 a night with no valet!

Liked: Super cool bar, gym had lots of machines and weights, free good coffee in the morning, very friendly staff and right near the train.
Disliked: nothing
