Very nice hotel, but not...

Liked: We like our arrival, the bar and live music performance. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The Dinner options are limited and hardly any vegetarian options, staff arrogant.The pool was very busy and at no time we did not smell weed.

Just a beautiful place that...

Liked: Location. Staff. Amenities. Le Labo scent. Food. Everything. Truly a wonderful place that I can’t wait to get back to.

The cost of the hotel...

Liked: Location, beach front
Disliked: Poor room service, and pool service. Have to wait a lot to get a pool towel or to order a drink. Extra credit card charges by mistake after my check out. Pool closes too early, and one afternoon they closed the pool at 5pm for a private business party which the music was extreme loud until 5am (yes, am). The lobby smells fried bacon specially in the morning, because the Market breakfast has an open kitchen. One morning, there was a couple at the pool that was not staying in the hotel, but ordering food and using all private areas; the staff mentioned they could not stay and use the pool, but they did not leave and the staff didn’t do anything… no consideration for those staying and paying for the hotel. The cost of the hotel is way above the service they provide.

Stunning hotel, incredible location, awesome...

Liked: The room was SO spacious, the bath was enormous, the toiletries smelt beautiful, the hotel smelt even more beautiful. The breakfast we ate in the hotel restaurant was delicious and the staff inside the hotel at reception were really friendly.
