Liked: Within walking distance of Ossett town centre. Good parking facilities. Clean and modern bathroom.
Disliked: My room was very small but to be expected with a single room I guess.

Great stay

Liked: Lovely attentive staff and service. Food was delicious and the most flavourful I've tasted in a long time. Easy parking at the property and a comfortable stay in a single room.

Liked: Great location, lovely setting and near the town center Nice easy check-in, friendly staff and lovely pub. Breakfast was basic, but tasty.
Disliked: With the room above a pub, be prepared for it to be quite lively and noisy till past midnight.

Liked: The staff are fabulous, friendly and very efficient.The hotel very clean and comfortable.My bathroom in room 7 was lovely.Breakfast has everything you need. maybe the yogurts could be in iced water rather than just on the table, especially in summer. Perhaps offer a full english rather than just the hot sandwich ideaDinner portions are big.
Disliked: Being reminded at the breakfast table I had a bill to settle on checkout.

We had a great stay...

Liked: Our evening meal was exceptional. The menu, service, and staff were all first-rate. Breakfast is continental, but we found it more than enough.
Disliked: We seemed to be missing shower gel in our room, so a bit more attention to detail would be welcomed. Our group book three superior double rooms. Of these, ours was considerably smaller than the other two, which was a bit disappointing.
