Liked: Location
Disliked: The room was outdated and small. The room had a strong smell and beds were very uncomfortable. You lay in the bed and you would sink, no support.

Good location for the hospitals

Liked: Really good location for St. Andrew's hospital. Very helpful staff. Nice & clean, although a little dated. Good parking. Reception that has lots of supplies if you've forgotten something or arrived during an emergency. Good bed.
Disliked: A microwave & a few things like a plate, dish, knife & fork. I traveled with a friend for hospital treatment. Being a lady of later years, I didn't feel confident going out to the pub next door to eat. I, therefore, had to manage with cold food, sandwiches, or sushi at night. Even a knife & fork would have meant i could grab a salad bowl at the supermarket. It's a bit noisy on a Saturday night with horns driving past, but that can be an issue anywhere.

Bad Rooms

Liked: We like the staff there. They're very polite and welcoming.The location for what we need is good to.
Disliked: I've stayed here a few times. It's meant to be free WiFi, smart TVs. Not in the rooms I booked yes 2 rooms. I usually bring my pillows because I hate hotel ones. But the last few times I stayed here the pillows were great, so i didn't bother. You guessed it, the 2 pillows we had in our room felt like they had been run over by a semi truck. They need to be thrown out. Then I asked the guest in my other room I booked.. theirs was the same. Very disappointing. I woke up with a stiff neck and a sore back. Because the mattress was poor as well.
