Hotel Description
Between Blackpool Beach and the Promenade Grand Metropole is set in a grand Victorian building with a restaurant a TV lounge and sea views. The traditional rooms at the Grand Metropole Hotel each have a private bathroom. All rooms have a TV and tea and coffee facilities and some have uninterrupted views across the Irish Sea. Guests can also enjoy the use of the hotel's board games. The Promenade Restaurant serves a varied menu for evening dining and traditional full English breakfasts are available daily. Liked: Nothing as it not right place as they send you to the grand hotel as the Metropole hotel is dos house not a hotel and I am glad it was the grand hotel we stayed in.the staff and our stay at the grand hotel was perfect
Disliked: You are still advertising the Metropole hotel and they don't even take holiday bookings any more

Very disappointed, tired decor, not clean

Liked: Breakfast ok
Disliked: Was moved to the Grand and had to use taxis Fell on the stairs due to Ill fitting masking tape, reported in accident book,, awaiting email reply despite me sending emails and photos of accident. Ready now to take further action

My booking was cancelled and I was moved to the Grand Hotel which was terrible.

Liked: The Metropole cancelled my booking 3 weeks before my stay and moved me to the Grand Hotel which was terrible.
Disliked: My booking was cancelled 3 weeks before arrival and I was moved to a terrible hotel.
