Great location, excellent staff.

Liked: Great central location. Easy access from the train station ( 10 minute walk). Close to city bus to get to Blarney castle.
Disliked: Was a little noisy but to be expected given the central location.

Liked: Very nice breakfast with good options, facing the river. Clean, nice building, and a very beautiful lobby. The staff were helpful and the location was central. Nice spacious bathroom with a bathtub.
Disliked: Considering the price, the room was not the best. It faced a wall, and no natural light. Quite depressing. Did not have a fridge and also the room was small.

Liked: Stain (black) outline on carpet immediately outside my room (346). TV picture quality was awful! As if it was hooked up to a very cheap (possibly illegal) feed. Room wasn’t as fresh smelling as it should be at the price you charge.
Disliked: TV picture quality. Carpets need cleaning.

Exceptional

Liked: Excellent location, spotless and the bed was really comfortable.
Disliked: I found the music in the restaurant a bit too loud. If they want to continue with music I would recommend light bar jazz in the background.
