Liked: Located in the downtown. Helpful that there's parking lot on the site, but need to book it in advance (it's not free and handy when you stay in the downtown). Room is clean and sleek, staff is helpful. Would consider stay here again when visiting LA.

Liked: Super clean and cute. The checking and out was easy and staff was kind
Disliked: Location was not as downtown as we wanted but we walked fine and it was pretty safe walking to at night.

Liked: Very clean, you have everthing what you need in your room, well designed room and lobby. Good breakfast. And very quite room which is very important for me. 10-15 minutes to metro station by walk and 1 minute to bus station. Polite and helpfull staff. Worth every cents…

A fantastic base from which...

Liked: This hotel has an excellent location, together with an option for car parking. It is very comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a lovely fresh aroma. The staff on reception are very friendly and helpful and are ready to provide advice about LA if asked. Although there is no breakfast as such, free tea and coffee is available in the lobby from 7am to 10pm, and every morning each guest can have a very hearty croissant, danish, etc.
Disliked: WiFi was a bit spotty, esp at night. I would have preferred a 24 hours presence at Reception. The bedside lamps were very poor for reading - their angle couldn't be adjusted. I didn't find any good restaurants within a few minutes' walk of the place, only fast food places.

Liked: Rooms were very good, very clean, hygenic and huge. Hotel staff were very supportive, helpful and answered all my doubts. This place was value for money as well.
Disliked: Location was not great. There was no breakfast, only coffee machine and some bread options. Didn't find anything vegan.
