Disliked: Only complaint I had was the pillows. It was made of feathers and the pointy end of it would stick out and we could sleep well because of that

Liked: We only booked one night and dependent on the stay were considering another night. The staff were kind and knowledgeable.
Disliked: We were offered a "complimentary upgrade", however not sure what the upgrade was? The room was teeny tiny. The window to the street had a view of the traffic and no more. The traffic was loud and shook the room in the evening. And the lobby/ restaurant outside the room was also loud. Upon arrival we checked everything in the room, including the bar fridge, to which was rearranged when we returned from dinner. My spouse and I were so uncomfortable and felt taken advantage of, we checked out and left Ottawa by 5am.

Liked: Location is good, staff are nice
Disliked: The hotel room is not soundproofed at all. You can literally hear every single word said by one on the hallway. Really disturbing.
