In the heart of Leeds city center this Grade II listed hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Leeds Rail Station. We paid 59 pounds for a pretty good room and breakfast. Can't fault anything for that price. Would definitely use again. Really close to Leeds Academy.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Holly on reception was particularly good.

Ok and pleasant enough but...

Liked: Great location and accommodated our early check in
Disliked: Very dated. Room decor terrible and paint touched up all around the room and comings in different shades. Very small room too.

Liked: Large room nice and clean, lovely food and great staff
Disliked: A few extra parking spaces wouldn't go a miss but many multi story's near by

Liked: Cleanliness good - Had food in restaurant which was lovely but waitress took plates before everyone finished and leaned over myself to do it and I was not finished.
Disliked: See above
