Disliked: Nobody for the staff on site. Had to call somebody to get stuff. Nobody on site, so people smoking pot and drinking and partying at the front door.

The motel is very convenient.

Liked: Proximity to the beach. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: No one on staff in lobby area. The smell of pot while outside, broken glass at pool area and in grass going to beach. A lady with 2 cats in a crate waiting to go inside her room. We have a child allergic to cats and was supposed to be no cats allowed.

Disliked: The door code took a few temps to get in and then once we were in it was ok. Gave us 2 towels. We had our 4 kids with us. Asked for more towels via text because thats how the hotel communicated. Was told had to wait until morning. It was 7 pm when we texted and asked. Then in thw other room the kids found half eaten sandwich on the floor and we sent a picture of it to the hotel and nothing was said back. While laying in bed, someone opened our door! Let the hotel know and they said each code is changed for each guest. Well we had someone open our door without pushing any buttons. Made it hard to sleep not knowing if someone could walk in.

Great location

Liked: The location couldn't have been better! It was a beautiful view and very comfy beds
Disliked: I wish our room had had a window facing the ocean instead of the road. The way the building is built they could have definitely had windows on the side facing the ocean just wasn't built that way. The room was clean enough, could have been better for the price. This hotel allowed animals so I was glad there was tile floors or I feel like the pet dander would have been an issue. There was absolutely no staff onsite, even for check in purposes, which I thought was odd. But overall our stay was pleasant and I wouldn't mind staying again if need be

Liked: I didn’t like anything about this property I wouldn’t dare book this again ! Customer service was crap the location was ghetto had people in the parking lot playing music getting drunk outside had big water bugs inside was not sanitary at all had a hand print on head board and would not give me a refund !

Terrible… nothing more to say....

Liked: Nothing. The property was filthy. My wife and I walked in the room and quickly turned around and left. We had to book a separate stay at a different hotel for the weekend. When I tried to contact the property the phone continued to ring and I never talked to anyone.
Disliked: Everything. They had zero personnel actually working at the property so any customer service needs were not answered.
