Liked: It was a nice room. Liked the location . Needed a table in the room
Disliked: There was police there for about 3 hrs with blue lights shining in our window. People fighting in two rooms. No one on site to monitor the facility. Trid to call about a complaint and no on answered the phone. I had my 4 year old granddaughter with me and she was scared. It was the worst experience I've had at the beach.

Liked: We had a triple room and it was a comfortable place to stay with our family and our dog. It is located on the edge of a residential area so the beach is beautiful and a little less crowded than some other places. It is an old fashioned hotel. The staff was responsive with help via text checking in and accessing the guest laundry . There is a great park and a beach access right next door.
Disliked: There are renovations going on due to hurricane damage. There are work crews during the day in some non-rented units, but they are putting updates into rooms. They should replace the exterior stairway. The hot water was not working in the shower. The TVs weren't working.

Liked: The staff was very prompt and communicative. Also the location was perfect.
Disliked: When we first got there the room was still dirty, however, as soon as I let the staff know they sent someone to clean it and it was much better.

Disliked: I had to ask to moved to a different room because the 1st one was dirty and bad smell.The other room that we moved the light from the bathroom was blanking not working property and missing few things for the coffe machine My other room for my daughter had dirty bed sheets and mini fridge did not work

Amazing

Liked: Everything was brand new. Everything was really clean. We could walk right on to the beach from where we were. There was ample parking.
Disliked: Since it was completely contactless it took a long time to get in touch with someone to be able to access our room. We found that texting the number worked better than calling it but it still took finding a housekeeper to get in touch with whoever was in charge with the checking in process.
