Liked: dinner was good at the restaurant
Disliked: I was charged twice or the room once from booking.com and once from the hotel. Its the hotels fault and I have called three times with no call back. The manager is in a meeting or not at work yet. It also takes 30 minutes to get through to the hotel.In addition they are still under construction we were woken up at 730am during our stay with hammering

Liked: We’ve stayed here before. The renovations were not complete as advertised online and there were 2 large conferences making getting food and drinks a little difficult.

Disliked: A little pricey, need more restaurants.

Beautiful resort-unfortunate room location

Liked: Thought we’d pamper ourselves by reserving junior which was beautiful. Wife loved soaking tub. Comfy bed & pillows. O & H dining was very tasty. Spa is amazing and in a very unique cave location.
Disliked: Our junior suite was stuck in back corner of building, ground floor. Privacy limited. Staff walking by on road all day. Truck parked with motor running around 5:30 am. Downspouts were noisy enough during rain to wake me up.

Disliked: No notice bowling alley was under construction. Pool area closed , u I inviting with no chairs etc, but came since it said it had a hot tub, limited food options, had to pay with other local options has free continental. Not worth the price compared to other locations
