A red-bricked Victorian archway leads to The Mere's acres of countryside 18-hole championship golf course and spa. Local produce is served on seasonal menus at the 3 restaurants and lounge bars. Tatton Park with its manor house and deer park is less than 10 minutes' drive away. With a glass roof Browns 2 AA Rosette-awarded restaurant at TheMere has a contemporary décor and a feature floor-to-ceiling wine wall. Light snacks and healthy meals are available in the Spa Lounge and Bar. A British menu and local ales are served in The Mere Golf Resort & Spa's informal Club Lounge and Bar. All rooms are individually designed and have a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Luxury toiletries and bathrobes are provided in the bathroom. The spa offers a range of treatments and the health club has a 20-yard indoor pool and a gym. Free private parking is provided and the M6 motorway is within 5 minutes' drive of the hotel. Short and sweet stay ..

Liked: Beautiful location Comfortable and clean bedroom , Hotel staff were helpful and really friendly
Disliked: Really slow service in the restaurant.. and I only had soup .. waited like they were preparing a four course meal ..and they weren’t even busy .. !
