Liked: nothing ! it was disgusting do not stay here !
Disliked: full of damp and mould freezing cold dirty wallpaper falling off the walls nothing like the pictures suggest, due to allergies I stayed for 2 hours became ill, no one at reception all shut down I called a number and was told there wasn’t another room available so book somewhere else then ring for a refund, spent out for another place now booking.com couldn’t get my money back but have given me a £20 credit, this place should be condemned!

Disliked: Nothing about this place is nice the rooms are cold an damp the wall paper is peeling I booked 2 double rooms and the rooms I got 1 had 2 single beds and 1 had 3 single beds disgusting place do not recommend my mates who had 1 of the rooms stayed in my room because there's was so cold and damp

Liked: We had a refurbished room so wasn't as bad as some other pictures. Staff were pleasent enough to deal with. Good enough for a cheap weekend if you don't care about luxury.
Disliked: Very poor water pressure for shower barely trickles out the shower head and our shower head was broken for what looked to be quite some time, sloppy decorating, very old beds under the sheets which hide them, smells of damp, heating only stays on for 2 hours before having to manually reset, hot water is only on at limited times. Shared microwave in a small room which is damp with wires hanging out of the walls, arrived to see loads of keys in envelopes with names on them as staff are barely there. Bathroom floor was coming up and silicone mouldy and ripped up. Bathroom door smacks into the sing so not great for anyone needing a lot of accessibility.
