Won’t be returning because of...

Liked: Conveniently located, room was clean
Disliked: The restaurant has a dress code! At 11:30 pm we wanted to grab dessert, but we were turned away.

Again I have never witnessed...

Liked: The entire staff was phenomenal and extremely accommodating. When I called to explain an issue, Win and Kathryn quickly responded with a solution. Jessica and Cynthia were amazing and very friendly as well! I will be returning to stay again. I love this place!
Disliked: I wish there were room service.

It’s was a great stay…...

Disliked: City of Memphis Tn has a huge crime issue… the hotel needs more security; especially in the parking lot. Cars were broken into and valuables stolen out of them.

Funky and fun with great...

Liked: Location was fabulous. Excellent breakfasts. Great coffee bar. Cool decor.
Disliked: Water pressure in shower was adequate but not perfect
