Liked: Clean and tidy close to venue

Disappointed, although the accommodation was...

Liked: Location, cleanliness, room.
Disliked: I was under the impression it had a car park. Not on street parking, if you could find a space, which meant we parked 2 streets away (with a time card provided by the guest house) Also the inflated price for the night we were staying ( £138 per night as opposed to the normal £60/£70 per night ) might have been more acceptable if it had included breakfast which was available to other guests staying in the guesthouse, but not us! For this reason i wouldnt pay that amount of money to stay at this guesthouse again.

Liked: Lovely helpful chap ,offered to help with our bags. He gave us a car parking permit to use while we were staying at his guesthouse.Obviously a big help being able to park nearby.Our room was comfortable lovely and clean with the usual tea coffee etc.We would definitely stay again .

Convenient for Coastliner bus route

Liked: Convenient for an overnight stay in N Scarborough especially when travelling by Coastliner bus Leeds-York-Whitby-Scarborough route. Bus stop at Peasholm Park less than 10 mins walk. Easy walk to North Scarborough seafront- Queen’s Parade. Steep slope down to beach. Cafes nearby.

Liked: Freshly decorated room, with a gorgeous little en suite shower/wcComfortable bed. Beautiful old feature fireplace, Host was lovely! Close to Open air so we didn't have far to walk after the show.
Disliked: Nothing. Was a fantastic little b n b!
