Convenient for a short getaway

Liked: The hotel is located at a convenient position near central Perth with lots of eateries and sights. Service staff were attentive.
Disliked: The room was not very clean and there was a sewage smell upon entering the room on the second floor. There were also some crumbs left on shelf tops and stains on furniture.

Liked: The location
Disliked: No exhaust fan in bathroom for the shower or toilet also a sign stating close the door while showering as steam can set off fire alarm and if this happens we would get charged that makes no sense as it's the hotel that is not up to code standard also no exhaust fan under kettle station either in the room. Breakfast very expensive for what we got.
