Served the purpose but will...

Liked: Location is outstanding. I could walk to all the areas of interest and anything a bit further was super easy to get to with an uber. The rooms were very clean and neat and the toilet amenities was nice.
Disliked: It really gave the feel of a business hotel. Small rooms, quit simple. The smart tv needs to be updated with apps such as youtube, netflix etc. I liked the Karl Lagerfeldt amenities but except for that it wasn't much luxury feel to it and I did have higher expectations of the room. Check out at 10am is very early and when I asked for a later check-out at 12 due to a doctors appointment I was told I'd be charge a fee. Not much "going the extra mile" kind of service.

Liked: What a fantastic location, my room was excellent, so comfortable, loved the bathroom too. Really exceeded what I was expecting.

Liked: Great building with lots of character and the modern extension makes it beautiful

Liked: Great location with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Loved the Ramen noodle restaurant attached!
Disliked: Small, noisy room lacking drawers.. Lots of traffic noise, Coffee and tea supplies not replenished on day 2. Convenient restaurants on-site.
