Good

Liked: This is a great budget option if you are passing through the city. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There is a beautiful and large common area with a tv, computer, kitchen access, tables, games, and a library.
Disliked: As with any budget option, there are minor cosmetic issues throughout. There is rust on some of the bathroom fixtures and chips out of the furniture. None of these are problematic (just minor aesthetic issues). The trade off, however, is a functional room in a pretty nice part of the city at a fraction of the price. The staff weren't the friendliest I've encountered but all of them did their duties diligently. Overall its a great budget option if you are passing through the city and are looking for a place to stay downtown.

Cozy, quaint, and just right.

Liked: Off the main drag of the street, the room was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean as could be, not a speck of dust or hair to be found. The TV was great entertainment, and I had an amazing sleep.
Disliked: A more consistent plug by the bedside to plug a phone charger into. Might have just been my chargers power needs, but the plug worked fine for my CPAP.
