Liked: Loved everything about this place! Wish I could've stayed longer.
Disliked: There was a fire incident when I stayed but it was handled quickly.

Disliked: This is second time I’ve stayed here and I can tell it’s due for some freshening up. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall lovely hotel

Liked: Location and friendly staff. Roof top lounge with views of NYC skyline
Disliked: View from my room. I booked room w a balcony expecting to see NYC skyline and view was of a parking lot and balcony was a concrete wall. Paid extra for this room. Plus I prefer a higher floor and balcony rooms were on 3. This was my only disappointment

Not too bad could’ve been...

Liked: Clean Location friendly staff.
Disliked: Overpriced Valet it was 40 dollars per night which is outrageous. I’ve been to much more expansive hotels with cheaper Valet. For a hotel who does not have a pool and a few balcony rooms only on the lower level floors it was pricey. We ordered breakfast and it came in take away box as if we ordered out. We are not in covid anymore we should’ve had our meal in dinner plates with stainless steel eating utensils. Wether I did not sit or order from the restaurant downstairs there’s away food should look. Pricey breakfast in a fancy hotel with cheap utensils.
