Liked: Lovely hotel, everything under one roof
Disliked: Breakfast prices were high. Hotel took full price of room on booking which was not stated clearly

good, but not as before.

Liked: The hotel location is great. Food is delicious. Good facilities.
Disliked: This was our third stay with The Mayson, and unfortunately, we noticed a lot of wear and tear, especially in the room. The room was cleaned, but the tiles looked in a certain way that you would think twice about walking barefoot. The windows closed, but it took three people to close them. The coffee machine is there, but it will need to be changed shortly. The conclusion: the price tag remained the same, but the quality has fallen.

Beautiful place but unfairly priced...

Liked: The decor was cool. The bar staff and reception at the spa were super friendly . The rooms were lovely
Disliked: Didn’t like paying 350 for a room for 1 night and the bed being two single beds pushed together. The front reception staff were not friendly or kind . To pay those prices for a steak and it to include no veg or potato’s .. absolutely nothing with it is absolutely disgraceful. Even the sauce was extra . Only one of the waitresses in roof restaurant were friendly , the rest lacked customer service.
