Dissapointing but close to the...

Liked: The staff at the check in counter and at the bar were great, noted all the services available and their locations, Very friendly and welcoming. The shower was very good. Was close to the three arena which is why I chose the Mason
Disliked: Went to the rooftop restaraunt as suggested by the staff down stairs and was refused service and told go down to the bar? had several meals at the hotel 2 breakfasts in the rooftop restaraunt that were part of my stay, both were undercooked, a very greasy toasted sandwich in the bar, and a room service dinner. All the glasses and cutlery were dirty for all the meals, can assume the plates were too but the food was covering it. Stayed in a double room booked for 2 as I wanted a bit of comfort, the room was tiny, the double bed is against one wall and the side of the bed along the window wall meaning you had to be on the bed to close the curtains, the other 2 sides of the bed had 1.5 to 2 feet of space between it and the wall for the bathroom wall and the wall the tv was hanging on, if you didn't turn sideways you would hit the tv unit. I am 5'6" and 170lbs.

Disliked: Customer service terrible, charged for minibar items we didn’t even use have emailed and called on numerous occasions re getting a refund but to no avail, construction works late into night and very early morning, room very small
