maintenance needed ASAP

Liked: I liked that there was a selection of pillows available. the sheets were clean and cotton-made. there is a coffee machine in room.
Disliked: unrecognizable black hairs were found in the bathtub. the smell in the room was not great with not very clean carpets. the smell in the hallways was unbearable. very old facilities. no robes and slippers in the room. not worth the name and the history of the hotel

Liked: Nice location close to the heart of the city. Some employees were kind and helpful. The hotel is full of history.
Disliked: A front desk lady with curly hair was rude and looked like unwilling to talk to us.Room heater was HAVC on the wall was broken and cannot connect with the heater, while the heater was so old and making quite loud noise.Water pressure was unstable and randomly got and hot and cold.A destination fee of $25 per day was charged for WiFi and some other unimportant stuff, which seems quite uncommon for me.
