Lovely location, close to Scarborough...

Liked: Lovely modern room
Disliked: It was a very hot day and there was a Dyson fan in the room but it hadn’t been left on and it was not very powerful and didn’t cool the room. Shower was very small as well.

Great place very spacious great...

Liked: Great location great hosts couldn't do enough for us very spacious.
Disliked: TV in wrong place, bathroom floor needs anti slip flooring very slippery even a hour after taking a shower

Liked: Great room, clean and everything you needed, although water pressure in shower pretty poor

Service of staff was welcoming,...

Liked: Very friendly staff, who gave us a warm welcome when we checked in.Room was ready a little earlier which was a bonus. Room was absolutely perfect for our overnight stay, modern, clean, plenty of storage space, great shower. Just what we'd expect for the price.
Disliked: Self service options could have been a higher standard in our opinion, the ceral, full fat milk, a few yogurts and over sweet juice was on offer during our stay. It would have been nicer to see additional mini croissants, fresh fruit and better quality fruit juice, with the option of semi skimmed milk as replacements or as well as (But this is our personal choice and we understand the cost implications of keeping it simple).Full English was good and as breakfast was priced as an additional £10 per head, with tea or coffee thrown in, it was all round good value for money, so thank you.

Liked: This Hotel is excellent value for money.It is modern and spotlessly clean with beautiful decor.Really enjoyed our stay and will book again.
Disliked: Evening menu could offer more choice especially for vegetarians.

Exhausting after a sleepless night...

Liked: Puut ne and my niece in a room right next to a generator. So opened the window to be on a roof setting, with a huge generator next to the wall. So no sleep, just humdrum all night. Had to drive for 5 hours the next day with a small child. I explained to the receptionist, who laughed. I said it's not funny driving with no sleep. It's dangerous. She retracted and apologies, and said the Area Manager would call. He called but I was busy. He said he'd call next day and never did. The hotel itself is great but not much point in the nice aesthetics if people will have a terrible night's rest.
Disliked: Generator next to the room
