Liked: love all the food, breakfast and dinner
Disliked: a quiet lounge with comfy chairs to have a wine/cocktail would be great - the Cafe while it has amazing food is quite noisy

Our NEW GO TO PLACE...

Liked: Absolutely beautiful! Couldn't fault anything - Staff, Room, super comfy beds, quiet, Breakfast and Coffee to die for! Our new GO place whenever we go to Christchurch. 5 minutes walk to Casino and a few extra minutes to City Centre.
Disliked: Couldn't fault anything - we LOVE The Mayfair!

An exceptional stay with outstanding...

Liked: The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. The service was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally kind and professional. They also made our anniversary stay very special with thoughtful touches.
Disliked: Nothing stood out as negative. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Superb

Liked: Solid location close to the CBD and Hagley Park. Comfortable room with good amenities and features. Staff were friendly and accommodating and daily housekeeping was prompt and tidy.
