Liked: The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. The service was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally kind and professional. They also made our anniversary stay very special with thoughtful touches.
Disliked: Nothing stood out as negative. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Liked: Solid location close to the CBD and Hagley Park. Comfortable room with good amenities and features. Staff were friendly and accommodating and daily housekeeping was prompt and tidy.

A great hotel experience

Liked: Immaculately presented - with friendly but professional staff. Great cafe/restaurant and easy location for getting around.
Disliked: Charging $25 per night for parking is expensive - there is free parking around the hotel but not guaranteed and you may need to walk a bit!Not so much a dislike as an observation … a larger lounge area to sit quietly and enjoy a drink (apart from the cafe) would enhance overall experience even more if that was ever possible to do.
