Liked: Amazing facilities, crispy sheets, cloud like pillows, clean, quiet, 24/7 reception and delicious kitchen and above everything amazing staff that went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday extra special. Thank you, we will be back.

Bed is really comfy so...
Liked: This is our second stay at the Mayfair rooms are spacious and clean we upgraded, room was pretty much the same except on the top floor (5) with a balcony and distant views. A short walk to the Casino and not far from the main centre, we ubered to the Riverside Market and walked back along the river. The Majestic Cafe/Restaurant is great although we didn't eat there this time locals highly recommend. With the upgrade we got free snack bar which is replenished daily and barista coffee and tea from the cafe.

Disappointing
Disliked: No Hot water in tap in washroom for a 600 dollar room per night and you have to pay extra for parking which is locked after 10pm. There is no key for parking yard because it's padlocked and you have to ask staff to come an unlock the gate. Staff member didn't look happy at all because it was a cold night and she had to walk outside and wait for us to park up and grab what we needed in the car before we went to our room. Another thing is make sure the staff members know who belongs to which carpark because when we returned our parking space was taken by another customer

Disappointing
Liked: Good bruchetta and wine
Disliked: Huge cobwebs I'm the room. Someone else's hair in the shower. No table on the balcony, it made it difficult to sit outside and try relax while enjoying a wine and a bite to eat. As the room didn't have two inside chairs, and an appropriate table, it also made it hard to enjoy the inside. Defiantly was not worth the money paid for the room. We were not informed we could not access our vehicle during the night, this was frustrating as we had left a belonging in there.
