Exceptional.

Liked: This was our third visit, I can’t praise this hotel enough, my favorite in the whole of England.The history, the cleanliness, the style, the location, everything is exceptional.

Liked: Waiting staff are wonderful, so helpful. A credit to The Mason's Arms. Lovely room, smaller than last time but still lovely, shower and bed are amazingly comfortable and refreshing. Lovely coffee etc. Thank you to the chef that altered my dinner and pudding, best meal I have had, so a massive thank you again. So grateful.

Lovely hotel but probably will...

Liked: The property was stunning and excellently furnished. The facilities were excellent.
Disliked: The roads were terrible to the property. Also some staff were off in the bar and restaurant. Not Nut friendly with multiple dishes containing pesto. Breakfast was not satisfactory with limited vegetarian options and no porridge.

The most wonderful few days

Liked: The upgraded room was absolutely gorgeous. We were celebrating being married for 30 years so a special time. The meals in the hotel were fabulous and it was only a 15 min walk or quick drive to the beach in Branscombe. Beer worth a mention, beautiful little town to visit.
Disliked: Wish we could have stayed longer

Outstanding

Liked: What an amazing find! Absolutely could not fault our stay. Beautiful pub in a stunning location. Amazing attention to detail throughout and such warm welcome from the check in staff upon our arrival who showed us to our room. High quality food in the bar and a superb breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing. Maybe the very narrow lanes getting to it. They were a bit hairy.
