Homely and welcoming

Liked: The place itself has a very welcoming feel about it,very clean and tidy. Also the staff and customers were very welcoming. We were only there for one night but would have quite happily stayed for another. Definitely recommend

Great place to stop over....

Liked: Staff were very attentive and could not do enough for you. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast.
Disliked: Two small things, no toilet roll holder in the bathroom and our room was adjacent to the road and so there was some traffic noise

Liked: Staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The full Welsh breakfast is absolutely fantastic and would recommend

Disliked: The 1 barman the older one that seemed to be running the place or bar spoke a bit arrogantly and had no manners at all but all the other staff were great

Liked: Victorian hotel restaurant, bar,with rooms.spotlessily clean,terrific shower,bathroom spotless.breakfast huge English in lovely restaurant. Hotel provided take away breakfast for those who left early..coffee tea in rooms and tv and cental heating.
Disliked: No complaints whatsoever hotel and staff delightful.
