Liked: The room was nice and compfortable. The location was amazing as the stuff. They were extremly nice, kind and helpful. I will book this hotel again.

Liked: Very good location. Thats it. Will not come back.
Disliked: They gave us room in a 1st floor, above restaurant. It was extremly loud. We asked to change, did 2 times. The whole procedure took us 1,5h. The bath was approx. 3qm small. The stuff in a bar horribly slow.

Elegant, stylish and very comfortable.

Liked: From arrival at the front through reception the staff are warm and efficient. Rooms are great, bar and lounge area attractive and there's an excellent restaurant. Location is ideal for Marlybone Village, Oxford St, Mayfair and Soho as well as Regents Park. Its a lovely area.
Disliked: We don't tend to have breakfast because it was always rather slow and hot food was cold but it may have improved. Last time we had breakfast there was about 6 months ago.
