Would stay again

Liked: Very nice hotel, nice restaurant, bar and food,
Disliked: Everyone seemed to have a ‘one job one person’ attitude. I heard several ‘you need to ask someone else’ comments. As an example, trying to make a meal and room booking direct with the hotel took me a week of emails and calls to book a table in the restaurant and several attempts to book a second room. Thank goodness for booking.com

Functional & Central, worth the...

Liked: It’s a quiet central location so would be good for those wanting to visit LondonAll the staff were very helpful & friendly.The small welcome pack in room was appreciated including the chocolate eggs but for £300 per night I would have liked a bowl of fruit and bottle of wine.
Disliked: The rooms were very small, all the ceilings in the corridors are very low like 6’9” so give a claustrophobic feel, £32 for breakfast is obscene & mini bar prices a joke £4 for a chocolate bar £6 for a bottle of water, bathroom also very small with only half bath, I bent forward on the toilet to wipe and turned the shower on with my head.
