overall I had a pleasant...

Liked: whenever I requested something to the room they would bring it within a matter of minutes. there was too much sunlight in my room so they came and fitted another blind for me.
Disliked: we weren?t able to check in immediately from 3pm which is the time you start paying for the room from. this was inconvenient as my partner was not very well, they didn?t seem to hurry it along any quicker.

A bit disappointing compared to...

Liked: Welcome and helpful reception. The room was quite small but adequate. At breakfast the coffee was so strong had to order another cup. They were using very small cups for breakfast. The scrambled egg was very good. The buffet are was very open - think covid and sneezes generally. No protection at all.
Disliked: The shower did not have a hand held fitting. Only the deluge type which is no good for ladies who do not wish to get their hair wet. The general ambiance in the public area a bit gloomy and the Bistro restaurant became very noisy.
