Disliked: On arrival at the hotel, a neighbouring hotel manager approached us to say the hotel is closed and has been for many weeks, it was all locked up, the owners were nowhere to be seen leaving our family with no accommodation, we had no messages or emails to tell us this…

Worst experience ever!

Disliked: Absolutely shocking! Turned up for a one night stay on my son’s 4th birthday and it’s shut down!!! No prior warning from the hotel or booking.com at all. Rang the hotel and the number doesn’t exist anymore. Couldn’t believe it! Left in Blackpool without a hotel with a sad little boy on his birthday.

Liked: Hotel was closed without any information passed over
Disliked: The hotel has closed down without any information or even cancellation the booking. Notice on the door to ask the next door hotel. Have been out of business for months. Traveled over 4 hours to have no where to stay was horrible.
